OUR STORY

Since 5, Silen dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. After his studies and 10 plus years of
experience working in fine dining restaurants and 5-stars hotels, he moved to Vietnam to
start a family and pursue his dreams. 25 years since the first time he baked cakes with
his father, Silen and his wife opened their first French bakery in Hanoi. They named it
O’Douceurs.

O’Douceurs want to give customers in Vietnam the highest quality French pastries.
When coming into our bakery, you will get an authentic French patisserie experience at
a reasonable price. Travel to France anytime you have a bite of our cakes.

Shortly after opening, O’Douceurs became one of the best French bakeries in Hanoi. We
hope to continue serving our customers the finest quality bakery cafe experience this city
