Our New Updates

Gateau Saint Honoré. This dessert has a really unique name. It is named after St Honoré, the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs. Puff pastry as the base and choux pastry dipped in caramelized sugar decorated on the sides and filled chantilly cream. For some extra crunch, we added craquelin choux on the side in this new edition. It is among one of the most difficult desserts to make but it is very delicious to enjoy.
Gateau Saint Honoré is the definition of a decadent dessert.
